Ludo Gardini was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Despite the difficulty of coming to the United States with limited English proficiency, Gardini persevered and earned his status as one of the fastest growing private Immigration attorneys in the nation. His personal story has contributed greatly to his passion and successes as an Immigration Attorney. His background, too, provides clients with counsel in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian legal expertise.
Attorney Gardini was admitted to the Supreme Court of Texas in July of 2007. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law; prior to his studies he had also received a Master’s degree from the University of Berne World Trade Institute in International Law and Economics. Ludo Gardini is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
In 2009, Gardini opened his private practice in Dallas and in January 2010 expanded his offices to the Boston, Massachusetts and with the overwhelming expansion and quick growth he moved to New England becoming a resident of Massachusetts. His experienced staff and loyal clients distinguish his practice from others. Viviane was born in Rio de Janeiro, but grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She has been living in Massachusetts for many years. she loves living here so much that she has become an American Citizen.
In Brazil, Viviane earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (equivalent to Juris Doctor) from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the city where she first became a licensed attorney. She worked in several firms, and also as an intern in the Ministerio Publico of the State of Sao Paulo (District Attorney’s Office), which allowed her to have experience in different fields of law.
In the United States, Viviane pursued a Master’s Degree in American Law from Boston University and became a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts.
Viviane is very excited to have the opportunity to help all of her clients. Being able to work with the Brazilian Community and work with her compatriots, who feel comfortable speaking to their attorney in their first language, is very rewarding to her. She feels grateful to see her clients achieving their dreams and to be able to develop her expertise on behalf her clients.

Andrei joined Gardinilaw as a member of the immigration law team in 2022. He is a methodic and diligent lawyer providing reliable representation for his clients. As a former associate professor with Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation in Russia, Andrei’s extensive experience researching and teaching allows him to grasp complex concepts and explain them precisely to his clients. He is committed to providing each client with quality legal service and his holistic approach ensures his clients’ needs are achieved.
His practice primarily focuses on immigration matters including clients’ representation in complex asylum cases. In addition, he represents clients in various civil cases: from commercial collections to personal injury and business litigation.
Before joining the firm, Andrei’s practice was focused on contract disputes, landlord-tenant law and environmental matters ranging from mold issues, regulatory compliance and enforcement matters to land use, permitting issues, and hazardous waste compliance work.
During his years at Northeastern University School of Law, Andrei was a judicial intern for the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, Magistrate Judge Judith G. Dein working on several cases involving complex commercial transactions. In addition, he was a law clerk with a Boston litigation firm focusing on various matters from contract interpretation, fiduciary duties and special permits to Chapter 93A claims.

Natasha is an American born in White Plains, New York, and grew up in Minas Gerais, Brazil, having dual citizenship. In Brazil, Natasha is a respected Brazilian licensed Attorney with a strong legal background. She earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. With a substantial foundation in law, Natasha embarked on a significant journey in Brazil, where she served as a Civil Attorney for several years. During this time, she honed her legal acumen and demonstrated dedication to upholding justice and advocating for her clients. In the United States, Natasha continued her pursuit of legal knowledge by obtaining a Master’s Degree in American Law from the prestigious Boston University School of Law. This advanced academic achievement reflects her unwavering commitment to legal developments and international jurisprudence. Natasha’s background, spanning both Brazilian and American legal systems, enhances her with a unique perspective that enriches her approach to legal practice.
Attorney Warner joined Gardini law as a member of the immigration law team in 2023 as a trial attorney. Working primarily in removal defense, Attorney Warner works closely with individuals who have suffered greatly in their home country and seek the safety of the United States.
Attorney Warner joins the Gardini Law team with having over eight years of immigration law experience. Experience, in both the business and family side of immigration law along with representing individuals before USCIS as well as EOIR.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Attorney Warner joined the United States Army National Guard in 2006 as a Military Police Officer. Deploying on two separate occasions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). It has always been his dream to be able to serve and help those in need, and is truly blessed to be here at Gardini Law doing just that.
